Go down from the JR platform to the underground Shiodome Gate.

Tap out at the Shiodome Gate.

Follow the Toei Asakusa Line signs to the Toei gate and tap in.

Go down to the platform: toward Sengakuji (many trains continue to Haneda Airport), or toward Nihombashi and Asakusa.
