How do I get to Koshien Stadium from Osaka Station?

Walk to Hanshin Osaka-Umeda and take the Hanshin Line to Koshien.

Is the Hanshin Line inside JR Osaka Station?

No. It is a separate underground station close to the JR Midosuji Exit.

Osaka and Umeda are one area

JR calls its station Osaka. Hankyu, Hanshin and the subway call theirs Umeda (or Osaka-Umeda). They are separate stations joined by passages.

Start from the Midosuji Exit

JR Osaka's Midosuji Exit (御堂筋口) is the closest gate to Hankyu, the subway and Hanshin.

Allow extra time

The Umeda passages are long and busy. Allow about 10 minutes between companies, more with luggage.
